I went to college right after high school & got a degree in psychology. I've always been fascinated with the brain, and what makes us do the things we do as humans. I got a job right out of college, but was only there for 2 weeks before realizing my path was not headed in that direction, no matter what, I needed to stay true to myself & follow my heart. So that's just what I did.
I had dove into my own spiritual journey towards the end of my time in college, and immersed myself in everything I possibly could. I was taking classes, joining workshops, and hiring coaches. My life changed forever when I opened my mind & heart to the idea that this existence is so much deeper than I had previously understood.
As my path headed down this holistic route, I found a passion in sharing my new found lifestyle with others through social media. This is where photography comes in. I had been taking photos for my social media accounts, as well as photos of friends for fun. Since I had quit my job in psychology, I didn't really have much of a plan, just a whole lot of trust that an opportunity would arise. And it did. I started offering discounted sessions to build my portfolio, and it had me booked the entire summer, crazy!! It showed me what was possible, and I LOVED it, it was the first time I felt like something came naturally to me, and I ran with it.
As my business evolved, so did what I offer. From business coaching, life coaching, to energy work, content days for other photographers, retreats, and workshops, my passions were vast. My own personal motherhood journey has been a huge catalyst for the direction of my business & the value I offer. This is where birthkeeping comes in.
I whole-heartedly believe that building a strong foundation, rooted in awareness, connection, and authenticity, that we can pass on to our children, is one of the greatest things we can do here on earth. I am here to ignite these values in everyone I work with, from photography clients to those I support in motherhood, it is my greatest mission to remind everyone of how beautiful it is to be alive.
